The Company uses the strong experience of its technical staff to design the new high-efficiency refrigeration plants always searching for the best production of components in the international markets in terms of materials quality, performances and efficiency.

One of Zanotti's leading products is the refrigeration rack system, which can be cataloged in different units depending on the size, is one of the latest products in temperature control field.

In addition to multicompressor refrigeration system, the Company offers a range of components in support of its plants.

Low ammonia charge

  • Thanks to the use of plate heat exchangers, it is possible to achieve very high cooling capacities with a minimum filling of ammonia in the circuit. This type of chillers satisfies the requirement of environmental safety and compatibility and permits to simplify the steps required by the Authorities for the installation and the use of ammonia plants.
  • Easy installation
  • The chillers are delivered complete preassembled, wired and insulated. The only activities required on site are the power supply to the switchboards and the connection to the solution circuit and cooling media circuit if any.

Low operating costs

  • Reduced energy consumption
  • Step capacity control which adjusts the refrigerating capacity according to the demand
  • Possibility of infinite capacity control by means of inverter (optional)

  • Cooling of unreezable solutions for industrial refrigeration systems. (I.e. H2O and ethylene or propylene glycol, calcium chloride brine, CO2, unfreezable solutions for low temperature up to -45 °C)

  • High performance horizontal oil separator with coalescent elements

  • Possible use of an economizer to increase the capacity
  • Infinite capacity control through a built-in slide valve adjusts the refrigerating capacity according to the demand
  • Variable Vi control system (option) which, through a built-in slide valve, adjusts constantly the internal volume ratio to the running conditions and ensures the optimal efficiency of the compressor
